Our Story
Who We Are
I started Inti’s Minis with a simple goal: to build a business that would allow me to be home and present with my son while he was very young. What began as a small idea has since grown into more than I ever imagined, allowing us to serve hundreds of celebrations, corporate events, weddings, schools, nonprofits, and community gatherings throughout Houston and the surrounding areas.
Today, Inti’s Minis is a family-run business, with my husband helping behind the scenes and at events as we continue to grow. Together, we bring fully staffed, interactive snack carts directly to each venue, creating memorable experiences where guests can watch many of their treats being prepared or finished fresh. No matter the occasion, we approach every event with the same care and attention that inspired the business from the beginning—providing a seamless, high-quality experience from setup to breakdown
